Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Yay!  Tomorrow is the last day of this year!  Let's see Sat. morning we headed up to new york and that night we went to the church for the Christmas Eve service.  hardly anybody was there.  people who don't usually come came but the regulars didn't seem to show up so normal amount of people but not normal people.  anywho.  Sunday spent a lot of time w/ family.  people popped in and out all day.  Monday we had a party at the log cabin.  that was fun.  adults exchanged secret santa things and most of the close family was there.  oo and we also played this present trading game like 3 time.   that was fun.  Wed. we went to get a puppy!!! Yay!  He is a bichon frise (little white dog) that we named Dakota.  he is sooo cute.  he is around 8 weeks old.yeah i'll have to put a cute picture on here sometime soon.  came home today. took cats to vet i yi yi.  we tried the crate approach w/ Lovable but neither of them like the car or the vet so it didn't work well.  i think the crate just kept her in one place where we could get to her easier.  Dakota has an appointment next wed. but he seems to do well in the car.  mostly sleeps but that is better than throwing up or howling.  oh my i can't imagine 4 hours in a car with a throwing up dog.  anywho.  got cool stuff for Christmas.  i will elaborate upon question unless i forget which for some reason i tend to.  the puppy and a guitar were the 2 big ones.  oh and oma and opa gave Kristina and I wooden chests.  they're cool too.  oh well it's supper time cya

Christmas Break!!!

yay!  Just got home from an early dismissal from school.  now I am getting snow conditions at Ski roundtop on the website.  Today was fun...and not educational at all.  In Span. we had a party where we had food and drinks.  we pretty much just sat around and talked and listened to spanish music stuff.  In English we had more food and drinks and we watched the rest of Jim Carrey's How the Grinch Stole Christmas.  That was fun.  haha we were gonna be mean and not let Mr. McCollum's (sp?) or Miss Brown's classes in the room.  but then Mr. McCollum's never came so eh.  Oh i skipped hr.  we amended Heather's motion and added $100 more dollars to the money for the Kingsboroughs.  apparently their father died and now their church won't let them stay in their house for more than 6 more months.  that really stinks.  anyway.  Lunch was boring.  I decided that I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat anything.  and Briitni was on the brass ensemble tour thing so she wasn't there and Becky ditched me.  so I had noone to talk to.  Crafts was ok.  worked on our baskets some more today.  no party though.  I will have to show everyone my pretty basket.  And Gym.  not much.  Mrs. McGhee was back today.  haha Abby hugged her.  we played soccer in the auxiliary gym.  poor paige tripped and cut her knees.  and Abby kept "hugging" me in the middle of the game so i couldn't move.  haha then when we were carrying mats to the weight room somehow she got out of carrying anything.  errr...  anyway i said that i would type up this story so here goes...

Christmas Party!!!

Yay!  Just got home from Abby's Christmas party!  That was fun.  Let's see.  everyone of the pollyanna people were there except Jillian.  and TJ was there last night.    We stayed up til around 1:30-ish.  I think i was half-sleeping most of the night after 11:00 but idk.  i know i was sleeping from 2 til 6:30 when Abby's mom's alarm went off and it was very loud.  didn't do much.  exchanged presents.  i got a stuffed teddy bear that is very soft and some Ghirardelli chocolate squares.  yum!  well not much now.  not sure what we are going to do today.  oh well cya

Snowball Dance...Yawn

Yeah..that was the worst dance that i've been to.  well idk.  prolly only cuz noone was there and I didn't feel like partaking in the dance.  let's see - showed up around 6:30 to find a few senators and the Bonds and Mr. Sipe.  didn't have anything to do so kinda wandered/ listened to conversations.  til about 7:30-ish when Abby finally shows up.  sheesh Abby.  then we kinda sat around and talked a little til 8:00 is when we went for our concession stand shift.  kinda slow 20 minutes.  anyway.  then Abby left and I listened to more conversations.  Ashley introduced herself to me like i didn't who she was.   so kinda talked to her.  then Dad came i came home.  fun.  saw Tara, Courtney, and other people i knew.  more senators showed up than i thought would.  also more people showed up too.  heard we sold around 150 tickets so that's like $450 + concessions.  course we also spent like $500-something on the DJ, which seems to be a lot.  It was the same one as homecoming so idk prolly could have gotten one for a little cheaper.  but i think our goal was to break even so we came pretty close i think. 

 

Ok more about non-boring stuff.  Today- Krissy cheered for her first basketball game.  i think NEYSA won but of course they don't keep score.  Dad got the snowmobile running but i didn't get outside in time to ride so maybe this week sometime.  I was inside working on Christmas card stuff.  mainly labels but we need to work on the actual message on the paper.  Tomorrow is what dad said but we are going to be busy.  going to get our Christmas tree in the morning. and Krissy has a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese to go to at noon.  don't know what we'll do then but i'm sure we'll be very busy.  oh well i'm tired and it's late.  and i have to feed Sidney, fish and tons of other stuff. 'Night

First Snow Day

Yay!  It's our first snow day of this year.  It snowed around 8 inches probably and now we have no school.  Three-day-weekend!!! we will have to decorate some..after going outside of course.  tomorrow is the dreaded Snowball dance i think Abby and I are convinced that it is going to be very boring.  oh and noone is going to be there.  yeah and we are supposed to be there by 6:30.  and stay after 10 to clean up..  err.  definitely not a good idea anymore. oh well i'm sure it won't be that bad.  hopefully.  this weekend is going to be ok other than that.  have to get a tree.  in the snow that will be fun!  probably cold though.  finish decorating inside maybe more Christmas shopping.   went shopping last night.  got a birthday present for Kristi's one friend.. and other stuff for christmas.  oh well think i'm gonna go outside buh bye

It's December!!!

Wow! It definitely doesn't feel like Christmas or December. Lets see. nothing much has been happening. worked at the Craft Show thing at Conewago last night. now I don't want to wrap anymore presents. yea I ended up wrapping kids' gifts for 3 hours. It was crazy. oh and I finally e-mailed that kennel place about Lola (the puppy that I want). Stupid people. They definitely read the e-mail on Wednesday and didn't send me any sort of reply. errr...hopefully I hear from them soon. Nothing is going on this weekend. We probably will clean up/decorate for Christmas. Won't that be fun. I have to work on my rough draft for English. It seems like it is going to be very hard to write. 3-5 pages-a yi yi. next weekend on the other hand is looking to be very busy... maybe. idk. oo and we need to drop off our travel bug too. i'll have to remind ppl...

Err... i just checked petfinder for lola and she isn't listed anymore. :( Darn!! hopefully I can find another cute puppy...

Happy Thanksgiving!

Yay! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so we get to eat turkey! and cranberry sauce!! Yay! Well I was thinking at lunch that i should update this and put some of my thoughts on here so here goes.
Spanish - Today was ok actually only because we didn't do anything. We had a party (kinda) w/ cookies & donut holes & candy and we played games. Dominoes was fun. Other than that we did absolutely nothing! Yes! We should do that more often. Had to help Steph with her hw some more. I can't remember some of that Alg stuff. I'm not sure if it's 1 or 2.
Homeroom - Eh nothing much happened. A really short period. got new report cards. talked about the dance and selling tickets and stuff. Ooo

English - Oh another fun class. So our Poe Packets were due. then we watched a weird Sleepy Hollow movie. Haha we were making fun of how everything moved and stuff. And we didn't really pay any attention to it. Then we compared terror elements between movies and books. Ooo and during the movie we did Pollyana. I definately don't know who everyone has :cough cough: oh well that's ok. couldn't think of much to put on my list.
Lunch - Well lunch is lunch. Random person sat beside me again. Jacob Moritz... Makes me nervous for some reason. I think Carolyn has got into my head. oh well.
Crafts - Got our floor clothes graded-95% Yay! I got to bring it home for thanksgiving. It's so pretty. the black didn't turn out as well as possible but oh well. now we started boxes. Yay!
Gym - Gym was fun today. We played Matball. w/ guys but it wasn't as bad as expected. It seemed like they were being nicer to the girls but maybe that was just me. Woohoo it's Lazy Bum week. Yay! haha
Now- I'm not doing anything. definitely can't wait until tomorrow. I should probably go make a pie. It's not a big thing down here though.

Daddy turned 46 yesterday!!!

Yay Woohoo! Daddy's birthday was yesterday. Mom's is on the 27th as is Courtney's. Thanksgiving is next thursday! Feliz Dia de Gracias!! Nothing else happening really Kristi has a bad cough/flu and stayed home today. I had some type of flu thing thru today. but i feel much better today. Spanish-is same. English-yesterday she gave us deadline dates and now i'm really scared of this paper we have to do. she isn't like Ms. Barlow so we can't wait until the last minute. Boohoo. and we have to do source cards and notecards. It's really fun! Crafts is ok so far. we are working on Floor Clothes. i think our goal is to have them done around Fri. but not sure that mine will be done by then. Gym is ok too. pretty much free periods. did 5 miles on the bike today. only 8 more aerobic things to go. yay! got report cards today. won't go into that. don't want to say how great i did. hehe! Early dismissals today and tomorrow. Yay! doesn't leave us with much time for gym but oh well. filed trip on tuesday. Yay! will have to make up a vocab test but i can probably do that mon. hopefully. i think Abby and Paige are going too. not sure bout Tara though. going to the play on Fri. looked funny yesterday. can't wait! tons of stuff goin on Sat. kristi's soccer game and party 1:15 and 4:30 the off to a hockey game in hershey at 7:00 oh and i think we have an x-tra ticket so... if anyone is interested.... nothin els. that i can think of anyway. got to go. buh byes

Off to NY

Well we are going to New York this weekend. leaving soon after Dad gets home. school has been eh.. today was the end of the 1st marking period. kinda weird thinking that Desktop Publishing and Safety Education are over. bittersweet i guess is the word. hopefully crafts will be fun. Mrs. Truax was saying the other day how the things they make are really cool. so sounds fun. and gym i have with Abby and Paige and other people i think. so that should be fun. Span- we did nothing today. We convinced her to let us have a party but then i was the only one to bring stuff in stupid people. and we also convinced her that since it's a 4-day weekend there was no sense in starting a new chapter. so we talked about the Day of the Dead and played Spanish hangman. haha that was fun. los electrodomesticos-haha that was funny jimmy put it as the word but then people were like it's on page 486 or something. and since it's a really long word it was really easy to figure out. Eng- Mr. A, was in watching Mrs. Bond today. she was acting all weird and didn't get sidetracked at all. and we did stuff all period. darn. anyway we have vocab due Tues. and we have an essay due thurs. but we have to have a thesis statement and the topic sentences all written by Tues err. stupid hw over the long weekend. so yeah. Ooo Ny- we are coming back Sun. instead of mon. so i get to be home that's kind of good...I guess. other than this little sister thing. oh well gotta go. buh bye

Hehe..tonight daylight saving ends i think..so we gain an hour of doing whatever we want..most likely sleeping yay!
let's see what have i done since last time...well i've been working on the colors and stuff on the bolg..also added blogrings which are from xanga..it's crazy cuz i have a xanga and a blog.. The xanga has 1 entry saying see my blog. I mainly use it to see everyone else's xangas. now i have joined blogrings so don't how that works but anyway..

Thursday-nothing much Eng.-had a vocab test we had to write 12 sentences!!! ahh! i didn't like that. last time it was only 8 i think. anyway...Desktop is ok we finished CRAP and prolly reviewed... Safety Ed. -i don't remeber what we did. I think we got our projects back..I got a 98/100 just because i didn't underline some people's names err that's dumb.. We didn't do anything thursday night that i remember. so on to-
Friday-Span-been working on dialogues for a shopping trip oh my. She decided to put the 4 girls together (Morgan, Jess Vehar, Steph..?, and me) in a group.. for some unknown reason Steph is hardly ever in class so we were writing her part for her. ..Eng-We went to the library today. to work on our research projects.. I still only have 2 criticisms. I think we are supposed to have 3-4 maybe even 5? I'm not sure Mrs. Bond ever cleared that up.. That's all we did in English.. Desktop-Mrs. Kling wasn't there so we were supposed to work on our finals. I don't have an idea for a nice restaurant so i didn't do anything at all. need to think of an idea soon. Can't believe the mp is over on Thursday. It seems like it flew right by. Safety Ed-worked on workbooks. i need to take some tests on the computer sometime for that class. also saw some nice presentations from people. They had to for certain projects haha. OO friday night we went to Kara's play which was awesome.. I was really impressed. I don't know what i was expecting, but yeah.
Today..we haven't done much. we went to Kristi's soccer game. They lost.. again. I wish i could help but i don't want to offend Dad or the other coach. Maybe next session i will be a coach. Oo and i also got a book from the volunteer center. There are a bunch of places listed in it that could use materials and volunteers awesome.. a bunch of them had age limits like older than 18..er. I could do some of that stuff..they are agist-i wonder if that's a word. I'l have to look it up. I understand if you need to drive someone around then you should prolly be 18 but like deskwork um a 10-year-old could do that. err. well i'm hungry and supper is almost ready so buh bye

Party and School!

Yay! So let's see. Alicia's party was awesome. saturday night was fun. i "dressed" up as a field hockey cheerleader (nonexistant) yay! we stayed up til around 4 most of us anyway. we talked a bunch. let's see what else has happened. nothing. Eng. is eh.. we are now working on like 10 things at once. I really hate it-
1. big research project due at the end of the semester sometime-very scary.
2. movie review due next Wednesday- we watched the movie The Crucible so yeah.
3. we split into 2 groups the 1 day and read 2 different stories, but we never got back to that.
4. Vocab is kinda ongoing. unit due every other Tuesday. tomorrow we have Unit 4 test.
5. ...Ok 4-I can't think of anything else but i'm sure there is. sometimes i forget what we do since we do so much ugh!
DP is getting scary now. she is giving us from friday til next thusday (the end of the marking period woohoo!) to work on our final which is a big project. that makes me think that it will be very big! so that scares me.
SE is probably gonna be downhill from here. We handed in our final projects. so all that seems to be left is maybe a little new stuff, reviewing, and of course our final. then off to Crafts and Gym (my new 2nd marking period classes)! Yay! I wonder if we will have mid-terms in Span or Eng. I'll have to check into that.
Other things. Well i still don't really have a life. I want to go to the soccer game tomorrow so if anyone is going let me know. Ooo Kara's play is Fri and Sat. definitely going to 1 of them. not sure what else i'm doing this weekend...probably a ton of fun stuff. er it's too cold. it's like fall didn't come it skipped right to winter. well maybe not quite since it's not like 30 degrees out. but oh well. i should prolly go do something productive like put away clean clothes. oo i got this thing from the Nation Youth Leadership Forum on Technology. Apparently Mr. Engle (ahh!) nominated me to go to this forum out in California! It's crazy. so yeay that's all. Bye!

Halloween Party!

Yay soon is Alicia's Halloween party! It's going to be fun! Last year I didn't get to go but oh well. Oh and this costume thing...mine is going to be lame. I liked the idea of a smurf but the hair dye once i though about it didn't sound like a good idea. if i do fall asleep (which I hope NOT to do) i would get dye (assuming that it wasn't permanent or anything) would get on whatever i have my head on i.e. pillow, bed...etc. so yeah. So i decided to be something else...I won't say what until AFTER the party in case ppl didn't want to know until then. but i think that it is lame. but hopefully not so bad. idk. anyway had a field hockey party last night. SOMEONE ditched it to go to a football game not mentioning any names :cough Abby cough:..haha it was ok just a get together at coach's house where we had pizza oo and Rachel brought rice krispies..they were really good. basically just around and listened to conv. and talked to ppl. laughed at people fighting over the ottoman. haha. saw some nice music videos on VH1..not the songs were ok i guess. some of the videos were..interesting i can't believe yesterday was Friday and we had school. it seems like so long ago. Span. is like always i should leave that out of all my posts it depresses me. Eng. was fun on fri. we got to watch the Crucible movie. it is creepily kind of like i had pictured it. the people anyway. i didn't picture the setting at all so.. Desktop is ok. we started learning about CRAP. isn't that nice? they stand for elements in a publication-Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, and Proximity. Yay.. Safety Ed is eh. Been working on final project due tuesday. I have it almost finished. just got to tape a video thing. other than that nothing. i have like no life anymore since hockey season is over. i have a ton of time now. last game was on tuesday. it seems like forever ago. well buh byez

It's October...16th!

hehe it has been a whole month since I last updated. As you can guess I don't remember what happened every day. So let's see. Hockey is fun. Varsity won 1 game against the Christian School of York. Jv didn't win any more. And our last game is on Tuesday. Our last game-Thrusday- wasn't too bad. The coaches were out-of-it for Jv it seemed. both hlves we only started with 10 people on the field. we were really confused the 1st half. There was only 3 people on front line. we prolly could have had a goal but yea. The 2nd half i got to play mid cause that was the open spot. that was ok I am not comfortable there yet though. and it confused a couple of people. Kris got a guinea pig last saturday named Caramel. Saturday, Oct. 1st was homecoming. that was fun. my dress was purple! yay! we decorated yesterday for halloween. classes-span is still horrible everyone is prolly sick of me complaining about it. Eng. is better than it was. Mrs. Bond is really cool. desktop is ok. it's really easy for me but it's not as boring. Safety ed is ok. I've been working on my final project thing for a little while now. oh and i really want a puppy. now we are going to get some stuff from the store.

JV won!

Yay! We won finally. And we got 2 goals! How ironic is it that Meghan, who just started playing, got the first goal? Yep and Kate S. got the other one. So yay! we won 2-0. and Varsity lost 1-2. Darn. But they got a goal. I don't remember who got it tho. The rest of the day was ok. Spanish like always was boring. HR was ok we talked about homecoming stuff. oo I get to go to that. Yay! i think i'll just go by myself since noone has asked me and i don't feel like asking anybody. Woohoo. So now i have to go get a dress and shoes. Oh joy! I'm sure we'll have fun tho. English eh nothin much we made posters of aphorisms/proverbs. that pretty much took the period up. i think we have a vocab test fri. or mon. not sure which tho. hehe. right now i'm talking to abby and we are complaining to one another about Morgan- a captain of Jv. Let's see Desktop was ok. and safety ed was ok too. I got to get out early again. yay! then a long drive to Fairfield. about 1 1/2 hours. anywah that's about it. i should go to bed soon.

Hockey and other stuff!

Ok lots to write and little time to write it. well if i want to get to bed anytime soon-which i do. Let's see went to NY over the weekend left from practice friday. Had some fun there. we were going to go jet-skiing , but I decided that it was too cold. but mom and dad went. anywho. we had a game tonight. we lost 3-0 in JV i think. not sure though maybe only 2-0. we haven't scored our first goal yet. maybe next game on Wed. today was ok. spanish is still a waste of my time. english seems hard but isn't yet. Desktop Publishing is ok. better than intro. it's actually a program that we haven't been taught about 10 times already. any who. Safety Ed. is kinda boring. he makes it entertaining though. I <3 those kind of teachers. they know you are going to be bored so the make it fun. kind of. any way. I think our hockey is getting better. abby played back again. she doesn't like it but idk. i've never had the "privilege" of playing defense or middie in a game. so i wouldn't know. anywho i think some people cough Morgan cough. are getting frustrated thus yelling at people to do things on the field. yep that was making me mad. and then it's her first year playing and let's just say she isn't the best player on the field either. my day didn't start to well. i woke up hearing that the concert was postponed until Sunday. Gary is sick poor gary. so yeah i was thinking way too hard and it was too early and somehow i was thinking that that was the 25th. We are going to races in Ny that weekend so i was a bit stressed about that. Then I figured out that that is the next weekend. so yeh. nice Lindsey. well i'm tired. so nitey night

Yay Picnic!

Oo that was ...fun. So let's see. bunch of people were there. and we got to fix mamaw's computer. well she got a new CPU. and so we put the old modem in the new cpu. and hooked up everything. yay! and she has all these cool games on there. we ended up playing spider solitaire a bunch so yep that was fun . so oh and we rode our bikes there and back that was...tiring we had to go uphill both ways. hahaa. on our hands on broken glass for 5 miles. lol jp. now we are home. yay!

Labor Day!

k so i got up way too early this morning. i mean come on it's a holiday. yeah anyway had practice 8-10 wasn't too bad ran a sprint-jog thing 1st then we split in to 2 different activities interesting. i think i hurt my back but hopefully not too badly. then we scrimmaged and did some corners yep fun fun fun. then we did 1 suicide for our end run and we were done. it didn't seem that long. but way too early. any who then i came home and i was writing done everything in my address book and buddy list cause i think we are gonna lose them when we restore/format the c drive. yeh apparently it's gonna help our computer run faster but who knows. anyway i think we are going to my grandmas house for a picnic in a little bit so eh it'll be ok. i wonder if lucretia and her baby are going to be there. summer said she had the baby so idk. and summer said that she was going to be there yeah i was talking to her a little bit ago. 10 minutes ago. that's about it oo we get out at 2 for our game tomorrow. yay! i wonder how Mr. forry will react last year mr. tate didn't really care but... anyhow. i think i'll go try that volunteer site again it didn't work that well yesterday.

Labor Day weekend!

Woohoo i survived 3 days of school already and so did Kristi. Let's see so far... Spanish is just how i expected very boring. Homeroom is fun we voted on homecoming stuff friday. English is eh.. Mrs. Bond seems cool. not sure about those writing that she talked about though. Lunch is ok some of my friends are there-Carolyn Paige Brittni Alicia-and some aren't booohoo. Desktop Publishing seems to be kinda fun. better than Intro. could be funner. anywho Safety ed is ok again not exciting but not really boring. and none of my friends are in there. so then we had field hockey. met Abby at our lockers. then we went to the locker room to change. hung out with tennis people. then headed down to hockey. Friday we had a game against Delone Catholic. there's a nice season starter. not. They kicked our butts. well kinda I got to start Varsity cause them people couldn't play. so i played that half. in the end we lost 11-0. not too good. anyway then we played JV and only lost 1-0. before we started I got hit in the lip with a ball. yeah that didn't feel too good. my lip kinda hurt then it swelled up a little. not much though. i think it just shakes me up a lot cause i don't it coulda hit me in the forehead or i might not have had my mouthguard in and i coulda lost some teeth. yeah so it scared me. so anyway yesterday- we went mini-golfing. sometime Abby and I should go and play with our hockey sticks. haha. yep today we went jet-skiing some more. that was fun I got to go out and go in circles all by myself. Yay! and now that we got AOL fixed i'm updating this. dad wanted to get a new computer/ format the c drive on this one since it isn't the fastest computer ever or anything. so yeah not sure when or how that will happen. and sometime we have to clean up the mess he made he decided to clean out the cabinet and now it all over the table. so yep. oo and we have off tomorrow. er but i still have to get up early cause of practice. it is so dumb an 8-10 practice that if you're not there you can't start in tuesday's game.. yuck!

School!

Yay! I think. So we started school today. It wasn't bad. it was nice to see everybody. in spanish there is only 3 other girls. and it is boring. in english there is 11 of us. that seems like it will be a fun class. other than all of the writing. lauren, tara, alicia,melissa... and other people are there so that's cool. desktop publishing isn't bad. carolyn and paige are in the row behind me so... hopefully it won't be as easy as intro. safety ed. seems...interesting. Mr. forry seems a bit weird but idk. maybe it's just 1st impression. and none of my friends are in that classes. boohoo. senate is gonna be fun i think. lunch- we got to sit at our old table. yay! carolyn and paige alicia sit there and some freshies. let's see practice wasn't bad. found out who forked our field unfortunately some of the girls did it to our field and the soccer field so people weren't happy aka our coaches. yeah so now they can't play the first half of the game friday. so i probably will get to start for varsity since most if not all of them were from varsity. so yep that might be fun.

Jet-skiing!!!

Ooo so today we went jetskiing after practice again. I got to drive cause the card i have is a good license..Yay! It was fun! So hopefully we go some more before winter. apparently it isn't as busy after labor day so yeah... so what else. hockey practice was nice. only 2 hours now since the teachers/coaches started school already. we start on wed. happy and sad about that. i think i'm ready though. ooo and we had to get a new battery for the jetski before practice. we were going to go in the morning but we flooded the engine and then it wouldn't start so we went back home and drained the engine and it still wouldn't start. so we had to get a new battery. now it runs fine. and i can drive it. yay!

School starts soon and Hockey started!!

Yay! Ok so hockey has been going for 2 weeks now. Abby is playing yay! we had a scrimmage Thursday and we have our 1st game on friday. School starts wednesday. (unfortunately) I don't know why, i'm just don't feel like going back yet. kinda confused about this senate thing and lockers and yeah and i have spanish with mrs. nagorny again. fun fun fun note the sarcasm. and i have to find a place for field hockey stuff. anyway... practice tomorrow 4-6 i think dad's staying home tomorrow. oh and i have to figure out which tennis games to go to. Oh and I found out couple of days ago that Andrea is coming back!! I didn't really expect her to come back, but yea. maybe she'll be in more of my classes. since i'm not sure how many of my friends, if any are in my classes. I know a couple are in English w/ me- Lauren, Cari, Tara. and hopefully i know some people in my lunch. and Abby is in senate. so...yea i should go eat something. oo i almost forgow. we got a jetski!!! and we went today to ride. that was fun! I didn't get to drive though. anywho...

Party

Yay!! That party was fun! so i got there yesterday and we went swimming and then we went to Giant and we had tons of fun. So Lauren and Abby were already there then later Alicia and Ariel showed up. When mamaw came to pick me up she didn't know where to go lol. so we walked down to the end of the driveway/lane. we stayed up til at least 3. got up round 9. Yay! wonder if that smiley thing will work. hmm will have to see. ~well it didn't. oh well can't wait to see all of my friends again. I should call some of them tomorrow.

yuck i hate this english thing i was talking to Lauren and she's already done with the first one. ahh! so i should go start writing it even though i didn't finish outlining the last paragraph. yeah. then i was talking to abby bout field hockey. hopefully she comes to practice. i really think she'll have fun playing. anyway today we are just going to talk about some papers and go for a quick run. so yeah not much maybe i'll do some stickwork when i get home.

Fun Friday!

Yay! Yesterday was fun! I volunteered from 8-1 in the Toyota Arena. That was ok I got to stamp people's hands after they payed Kristine a bunch of money ($7) to see volleyball games. Then I realized (around 11:00) that I knew Kristine from hockey camp last year. She was the coach's daughter that was in the wheelchair. so proud of myself. for remembering. Anyway so she plays field hockey for York College. yay! Then after Dad and Kristi left for Bible School Mom and I went to the Opening Ceremonies. Yay! That was fun. first we went in the sportfest thing and got free sodas. And we spun a wheel at the Hershey table. She got a waterbottle and i got yucky candy. Then we went and listened to some people talk including some guy from WGAL 8 and some former Steelers (boo!) player. then some skydivers came down and they paraded the athletes upinto the stands. then the old guard drill team did some weird simultaneous things with guns w/ baynets on the ends. Looked dangerous. they were like throwing them up and yep.. then we left. actually we just went and got some french fries and went to the car. Then we watched the fireworks. They were cool. Then we went home. Ooo monday hockey camp starts. yay!

Off to NY

Welp we are currently getting ready to leave. Going to visit family in NY. for the weekend. We didn't really do anything yesterday and today. Got the van back today. Went swimming earlier. Oh and confirmed that I am volunteering for the Keystone State games. Yay! I get to work Door/ Admission for Volleyball 8-1 on Friday. fun fun fun. and i get free food and drinks, free shirt, free admission to any event. Yay! I was thinking about going to the opening ceremonies Friday night. oo and i fixed my flip-flop. I had to glue it with super glue. Yay!

Let's see. It has been really hot lately. in the 90s. Yesterday we went to the mall. Kristi and mom sat at the summer fun club program. I wandered around. I got 5 charms for my bracelet. Yay! Today nothing. They're in the pool right now and i'm in a cool airconditioned house. Yay!

nothin much happenin. We went swimming at my grandma's. I had an orthodontist app. and we went grocery shopping. Oo. Last night I decided to try this Webshots thing (thanks Abby-gail) and it works well. better than i thought it would. I do the quicker upload though. Fun Weekend!

Yay! What a fun weekend! Friday night we went to a Senators baseball game. It rained some but we still had fun. We even walked across the bridge. Today we went running/biking. That was tough. I didn't realize that I was out of shape that much. We just went across Bull rd. and up hilton a little bit. Then we came back. I walked half of it at least. Dad and Kristi rode their bikes. We just got out of the pool and we'll probably do something later. Not sure what though. Ooo. I might volunteer at some Keystone Games Event thing. I went to the website (that is over there--> on the sidebar) and found it. looks fun. I wanted to volunteer at an animal shelter but you have to be 18. Anywho.

Nothin happenin

nothing much happening. Mom and Dad are replacing the soffit vent. And kris and i have been sitting around all day. tons of fun.

We're home!

Hey! We are home! what a fun vacation. We drove down Friday and Saturday to Sanibel and stayed there for a week. They had a cool 4th of July celebration. A parade and then a community get-together with free stuff.. Then we watched fireworks the evening on the beach. Unfortunately people beside and all around us were setting off their own fireworks. One of them (the last the people beside us set off) fell over and they went in different directions. That scared me a lot. I coulda swore that it flew right by me. yeah. Somehow it got in front of our car in the parking area and went off. anywho noone got hurt. We also went kayaking and we took a boat trip aroun the different islands. We picked up a bunch of shells and sand dollars on the beachs. Then Saturday we left (before the hurricane got too bad) and headed to Disney for 2 nights. We stayed an the Polynesian. It was a cool hawaiian type place. The pool was awesome. We went to the Animal Kingdom lodge and saw some giraffes and zebras and other african animals on the "savanna" Lots of fun. We drove home monday and yesterday and got home around 10:30 last night. Yay!

Off to Sanibel!

Yay! We leave for florida tomorrow! That means that I probably won't be updating for awhile. We are staying in a condo on Sanibel Island for a week then we are going to Disney for 2 nights. We are just going to go to pools and waterparks though. Then we will make the long trip back. Today we are going to be busy. We have to go to Circuit City to get the correct camcorder case for our new DVD camcorder. What a pain. Dad got this camcorder earlier this week and it came with a free carrying kit that included 5 DVD discs. Of course they didn't work (I think they were too small 3" instead of 8cm) So we went yesterday to get a sony one that the disc would work. It only came with a rewritable disc. It also had a battery in it, but the battery was the wrong size. So today we are going to Circuit City (not Sears again) to get the correct Starting kit with the correct size of battery. Anyway.

Hershey!

Let's see. We went to Hershey on Saturday. That was kinda fun. We got bored though. I'm not sure why. Sunday we cleaned the van and went geocaching. Found 2. didn't find 1. It was really hot though so we went swimming a lot. Yesterday we didn't really do anything. Got in the pool. Started packing for florida. We leave on Friday! oo Ariel came back on Saturday Yay!Well it's really hot. think i will go get in the pool.

Hershey tomorrow!

Wow. I should try to update this more often. Lets see. Tomorrow we're going to Hershey Park and Abby and Lacy are coming with us. Yay! That's going to be fun. We leave for sanibel island on Friday, one week from today. We have a lot of stuff to do still. I haven't started packing yet. Dad seems to have a lot of stuff for us to do on Sunday. Right now I'm kinda just waiting around. I'm not sure when Abby and Lacy are going to get here so yeah. I should probably should go do something. Maybe I'll work on our new Geocaching Blog. Not much on it right now, but I plan on logging our adventures on there. g2g.

A lot to say

Wow a lot has happened. I got swimmer's ear Saturday and so I couldn't swim at all since Sunday. That is like torture. Lacy is coming with us to Hersheypark. Yay! Mom tried to update the family blog today. I'm not sure that it worked though. Ok so not much happened. They canceled some Environment series up at Pinchot. So Kristi can't go to that. Darn! Oh and my ear doesn't hurt anymore. Yay! It hurt really badly the past couple of days. Today we went up to Pinchot and hiked on the Lakeside trail for awhile. But then Kristi fell and scraped her knees so we had to go back. I should change the color of my blog. I'll have to look into that.

Fun week!

I'm having a fun week. But I miss all of my friends. And I'm tired of evil little sister picking on me. I wish she wasn't so mean to me. We've been getting in the pool all week. Kristi's friend stayed here all day yesterday. That was torture. Nothin else really. Going to HersheyPark on the 25th. And Abby's coming yay! Don't know who else to invite. will have to think about it some more. Maybe Lacy again.

First Day of Summer Vacation

Yay! first real day of summer vacation. Unless you count friday which you could. I didn't have to go to school friday cause i exempted my English final and i got a 89.5 rounded up to a 90 on a test in civics. So i got out of taking that final. The test was like a final but it was harder and we couldn't use our books or notes. Let's see Dad is almost done with the roof. He needs to do the cap still. We went to pick strawberries this morning. We got 6 quarts. Kristi was in the pool earlier. I think that it is still very cold. brrrr! Nothin much else. Going on vacation July 1 to sanibel island. Well that is all!

End of school year!

Well it's saturday. Didn't have school yesterday and don't have it monday either. Yay! Oh I think my birdie left. I checked yesterday and there were no eggs in there. that stinks! :'( Let's see looks like a boring/hectic week. I have finals thrusday and friday. possibly not friday cause i exempted English and civics i might get out of! But tuesday and wednesday i get to sit in english doing nothing. Since i exempted it, I get to exempt 3 different finals and they are taking them tues and wed. I think my dad is doing the other half of the roof soon either today or tomorrow. Not sure if he decided yet. he was basing it on te weather. And there is a chance of thundershowers today mostly. Also tomorrow but not as much of a chance. Well i do have homework and I want to make a book for my friends to sign. I also have to go get a disposable camera somewhere sometime. ooo lunch.

RIP Eli and Derek

R.I.P. Eli and Derek - even though i never met these people. Wow the last two days have been the quietest and most emotional days at our school. Yesterday I was walking down the hall thinking about how creepily quiet it was. yep. Well it was ok other than that. Pretty normal days. I exempted my english final. Yay. That gets me out of 3 different finals. All next week I will do nothing in English Yay! Yuck! I have to write that poem about an inanimate object by Thursday. I'll be busy with that tomorrow. I finished my cards for the presentation I have to give tomorrow. Hopefully it goes within the time limits. I think i will do well other than that. Yay only 6 more days including finals! Well byes.
P.S. I have a house wren in my birdhouse with 5 eggs so far. I should stop bothering her though. Yay!

Hey guess what we found another cache yesterday. In New York we found two. One of them was a Travel Bug Hotel. So we picked up a Grumpy Travel Bug and put him in one that we found yesterday. Yay! Well I'm busy so bye!

Great Weekend!

Wow! Long time since I last updated thiswas a great weekend. Friday night was Anti-Prom!! Woohoo that was fun. Let's see. Saturday after mom and dad picked me up. we went bike riding/geocaching on the rail trail. We found when Ernest settled here (1829) and we found a magnetic cache on a bridge. That was fun! We even stopped to get ice cream. I got a milkshake (otherwise known as a little ice cream on bottom with milk on top-it wasn't that creamy) and mom got chocolate moose tracks. Dad stole from us. Then Kristi came home and I think i worked on my research project. Today we had breakfast then I attempted to work on my project some more. I didn't get much done. I got 1 1/2 rough copy paragraphs done. I need to put citations in though. I will have to work my butt off this week to get it done. I pity Ariel and Abby who have to hand them in Thursday. Well i should get ready for bed. nothing good on to watch so I'll find something else to do. bye

WalkAmerica!

Hey! Guess what. We walked 7.5 miles today. The March of Dimes WalkAmerica was today. Abby came with us and we had lots of fun. And it didn't rain at all! Yay! I think we should try to get a team together from our school. Not sure how to do that though. Anyhow. I should probably be working on my book report/research project. It's porbably going to be due sometime soon. Of course Ms. Barlow hasn't said when yet. Don't know how that will turn out. Well only 2 weeks of vocab left. That's good then a final and we are done with that. Yay! Everything is still boring. We had a midterm in Civics on Friday. Even though midway was a couple of weeks ago. Mrs. Nagorny is really getting bad. She gets distracted too easily and doesn't punish people. And she is really boring. Well I should go rest. My legs hurt a lot after that long walk.

Geocaching Explained

Ok I guess I'll explain this GPS navigator thing and geocaching more. The GPS device thing is a little hand-held thing that kinda looks like a cell phone and receives signals from satelites in space. It can then tell you stuff like where you are longitude and latitude and where you are heading and how fast and blah, blah, blah. You can also enter locations that it can lead you to. That is what geocaching it. People all over the world hide containers in randow places and give you waypoints to it. Then you go find it and log your visit in a log book. Very fun. There are usually hints are something to help you along. If that doesn't help go to geocaching.com for more info. I'm sure I could show ppls if they wanted sometime. Yeh anyways. Today was fun. A bump on my nose randomly starts bleeding in Spanish so it bled for like 3 hours. That was horrible. But when it stopped i was happy. Same boring old classes. English we took a test and watched a movie. Spanish we didn't really do anything. Yep. Geometry was boring. We are learning about trapezoids. Fun! ; ) Civic. We did our mock trial yesterday! That was fun! I was a witness on the defense side. and we won! Today we didn't really do anything. Oh well then it took me allnight pretty much to finish all of my homework. Stupid vocab sentences. Happy Birthday to Me! (Belated)

Major Update! Hey guess what! I'm 15 years 1 week old!!! Yay. Let's see I had a party last friday night. That was fun. Nothing to do of course. Brittni got here like 6:00 and I was like well what do you want to do. Yeah so we decided to play baseball with Kristi and watch some movie. Then everyone else got here and we talked and went downstairs. Yep then we play air hockey and pool and watched more movies. I think movies were playing all night but I fell asleep around 3:30? I think Rel stayed up the longest. not sure though. Tara never showed up though. : ( She said she forgot. Darn. Anywho. The week was fine. nice and slow. We had a field trip Wed. We saw Romeo and Juliet at the Strand. Good play. it was very interesting. Oh! On my birthday I had two treasure hunts. The first one the present was a GPS navigator! Yay. So later we went geocaching at Brookside Park. Very fun. There was this guy there that had done a couple already and he gave up. But we found the 1st part. We Just had to look a little farther. So Wed. we did 3 more. very fun! Yesterday we did 1 whole one and 2 halves of 2 and tried another but we were too hungry to look to hard. And our computer was irritated so we couldn't print info about them off until this morning. We will have to try some other time. So today. I made a birdhouse! Well with some help from Dad. I have to decorate it. Then I can put it out for a bird. Well that's about it. I should go now. Bye

No School!

Yay! We don't have school tomorrow! Course my sister didn't have school all week. :'( Something called "Spring Break" That of course we don't get. So what if she didn't have a half day on thursday. So unfair. Anywho. Spanish is getting very boring. Our class has to be one of the worst ever. A lot of people talk all the time and freak out if she yells at them. And she threatens to punish and then never does. "Next person who talks is going out in the hall..." yep that's going to happen. "cough cough" Let's see Geometry is boring. English we watched the end of that movie that we started yesterday. I hope Ms. Barlow feels better Mon. She went home sick Tue. so we watched a movie instead of having a test and a quiz. Civics we had debates. I didn't do to well. 1 minute didn't seem long enough to present your points. And I was up against Kalah who is a very good debater. Other than that we didn't do anything important. Now I'm sitting in front of this computer. Well g2g. cya buh byez.

Springtime!

Yay! It's finally spring. I was getting tired of that cold, windy, no snow weather. I'm not sure I'm going to like rain, rain, rain though. Let's see. It's the first day of spring. Third marking period ends on Wednesday, march 30. In spanish we are learning more objects in the classroom. really boring like always. In Geometry we are learning about triangles. Sounds like fun. ; ) English we finished short stories and test. We have a vocab midterm Wed. In civics.. i don't member. That has to be the most exciting class though. None of the others are made fun and interesting. English is better than I thought it might be but i just don't like the subject. grammar and vocab-yuck. Yesterday Kristi played her first soccer game at the Y. Yep I've kinda been helping Dad cause he got stuck or chosen or whatever with coaching/helping to coach her team. Anywho so I go and help. Next week the other coach who actually knows what he is doing will not be there so yeh. It shouldn't be that hard though... After her game we went to an Easter Egg hunt. Very exciting for me! ; ) It's weird that easter is so early this year. Next weekend... today we did nothing. Actually after supper we went to get italian ices from Ritas. They were giving them out for free. Yum. I should plan a birthday party for me. I'm not too good at throwing parties though. Last time we sat around and did nothing. and the pool table has tons of stuff on it so... And my sister scares a lot of my friends. I should start spring cleaning. I probably have no summer clothes that fit me. And all of my jeans are getting old and small. Wow this post is really random. what i did yesterday, easter, today, birthday party, spring cleaning. Well with all the cleaning to do i should go watch tv.

Hey! Look who finally decided to update this! Yay. Let's see. Spanish was spanishy. We had a sub. Yep we are learning about school schedules and decription of words. Like la clase de espanol es muy aburrida. very boring. Geometry we learned how find the slope of a line again. yep "well you should know how to do this but some of it might be new.." Lunch was fun. English I missed the beginning cause i went to a meeting with Mr. Bierker about my schedule. In Civics we read more in our books. Yep I'm reading Animal Farm. Then I came home and ate supper and here I am. It doesn't feel like Thursday. Should be Friday. Only one more day! Yay! Well bye!

El cinco de febrero

Yay i figured it out! well it is now el cinco de febrero (5 of February) Yay. I turn 15 in 2 months, 5 days. Tomorrow the super bowl. Go Patriots!! Yep i tried getting their logo on here but i couldn't. yep. or nope. Anyhow. Don't if we're doing anything tomorrow. well i'm going to go outside with dad and kristi.

I'm running out of titles for these posts. I wonder if you can take them off. I'll have to see. Let's see. Today is the last day of January. Tomorrow it is February 1. The month went too fast. Soon it will be spring and all the snow will melt. and the ground will unfreeze. Boohoo. Today. Spanish was boring like usual. Most of it i've heard of before. Geometry We did boring new chapter on Angles. Yay! So boring. In English we talked about novels. We have to pick books for a research project by friday. Yay! I should go to a library or Borders. Civics was kinda boring. The activites are interesting. Sub again of course. Mr. Carney had a family emergency on Thursday so he isn't back yet. Must be pretty bad. Just got done playing Scene it! with Kristi and Dad. Mom went to parent meeting at my school. I found that this agenda thing does work for writing down assignments. Especially if I try to use it. The past week the days are all filled in and i didn't forget anything yet! Even though it has only been six days. Kristi is kinda sick. Had sore throat and congestion. She's coughing a lot too. Hope i don't get sick. Sounds like a lot of missed work to me. Well bye.

Ok second official day of second semester. yay! Lunch was awesome once again. Yesterday some 10th grader sat next to me. Today Carolyn sat next to me so i had somebody to talk to. Yay! Other than Abby of course. I think i like round tables better though. It seems like it was easier to be part of the conversations. oh well. It's better than before. Ew. That guy is coming again. My parents got a new financial advisor or whatever he's called. Anyway he's coming to our house again tonight. It's like the fourth time he's been here in the past 2 months. And of course Kristi and I have to find something to do. So we play a game for awhile and then she gets mad at me and goes and watches tv instead. Tonight I'm hoping she will entertain herself (yeah right!) and I can get homework done. In Spanish we watched this stupid movie about why we should learn Spanish. Maybe if we learned some stuff we would enjoy it more. I can't wait until we get Spanish names. It's weird cause to go to the bathroom you have to say Me permite iR al bano? Yep. Let's see in geometry we watched the rest of the video that we started yesterday. Very interesting. ; ) In english we went over the things we will be doing. In Civics we actually got a syllabus. Yep and we start Chapter 1. That was my day. And i have a ton of homework. So i should go do that.

Ok...

So what if it has been almost 2 weeks since i last updated. I've been very busy. (sarcasm) Lets see. Wednesday and Thursday we had finals. They were ok. I liked getting out by 10:45. I had a final in Science that i got a 93% on. In ceramics we had to go in for no reason. or to clean up. The second day i didn't have a final the first period so i didn't come in until 9:05. Then the drafting final was so easy I was sure i missed something so i spent like 10 minutes just looking over it trying to figure out what was wrong. I guess nothing was. That's about it. I got out of the school by 11:00 on both days. On monday we start a whole new semester. All new classes and teachers. I'm kinda nervous. A whole new schedule to get used to and all core classes. I do have my schedule memorized though. So yep.. Oh i just got a new bookbag finally. My old one had a broken handle so yep i got a new one. I went shopping friday to spend gift cards. I got some nice new clothes even though i'm always nervous about wearing them to school.

I had this idea of starting a charity it sounds really dumb now cause it's been in my head so long. But anywho. I thought that it would be neat to start a charity that donated stuffed animals and/or quilts to needy kids/families. I don't know. Just an idea i had when i sat down really bored. I'm not really sure how i thought of it. Anyway i should go, bye

Happy New Year!

Yep, I know, kinda late. But it's only Jan. 9th. Anyhow. Vacation was great. And fun. I got lots of neat stuff. It's amazing how the holidays change as you get older. It used to be get a lot of toys and yeh the clothes, where now it's more get nice clothes and stuff but there's no toys. Well some people might consider some things toys, but. I guess you can get old for certain toys. Darn! I really enjoyed being young and not worrying about certain things. When your biggest worry is not being able to play outside when it's raining. Now... Yep That's way too philosophical for me. Last week was ok. In science I think we have a test tomorrow. Should probably study for that. In ceramics i finished making my last three projects. They still have to dry and get fired... Gym I'm not sure what we are going to do. We learned lacrosse last week. That was fun. In drafting i'm done everything but the final project. So i have nothing to do other than extra credit. Yep doesn't it sound fun? Some of it is. Well gotta go to bed.
