New Semester!!

Well today was the first day of the second semester.  But I'll start at finals.  on Thursday I got out at 10:45 cause of the final schedule and went home and did nothing.  Friday I got out at 9:05 since we didn't have to be there for gym.  I got mom to take to McDonalds for a breakfast muffin before we went home.  Then she left me at home to go help at Conewago.  So I did nothing some more.  Got my notebook ready for 2nd semester.  Friday we went to new york.  spent the weekend up there.  came back on Sunday though cause dad had something to go to.  so yeah. fun weekend.  Today.  New schedules were handed out first thing in homeroom.  nothing changed so went to Adv. Comp. Apps.  went over syllabus and info sheet and boring stuff and how it was going to be challenging yet we are learning about Word and Excel some more so eh.  hopefully i don't already know the stuff this time.  did some little activity then back to homeroom for a very long period of doing nothing.  definitely should have had a meeting but nooo has to be on Thurs. randomly.  then headed to History where we filled out more info sheets and shared them with the class.  not that anyone cared.  anywho.  then to Biology.  made awesome table groups.  haha Annual Vacation Book Friends with Sisters.  then we did a box thing...guess what is in the box. fun fun fun.  lunch finally.  wasn't as hungry as i thought I would be but oh well.  then trig.  that sounds like a fun class...not.  idk.  it might be ok.  know some people in there...huge class like 29.  which stinks cause the other class only had 12...but now we don't have to do as many oral presentations which is good..  yay!  then i came home.  oh and i was surprised- I only got 1 textbook.  I was definitely expecting at least 2 but nope.  history there is not enough and bio books didn't ever get mentioned so Yay!  kinda weird cause both of my major classes last semester had textbooks.  oh well got to go.

End of Semester..Almost!

Yay!  Only 1 more day of regular first semester classes then 2 days of finals!  WooHoo!  so excited for next semester.  it will (hopefully) be much better than this one.  spanish will be done finally!  and biology is gonna be tons of fun!  and lunch omg i can't wait.  i still don't know anyone in my computer class 1st period though.  oh well i'll find out soon enough.  let's see.  this weekend was ok i guess.  course i don't really remember it.  that is so horrible.  Monday we had off.  oh i was sick and kinda still am.  sore throat and congestion..yeah.  that i of course had to give to mom who is now fighting it.  went to Hershey Bear game Sunday night.  Sat. basketball game that Kris cheered at oh and before that we went to the Winter carnival at Dreamwrights that i helped set up.  tons of fun. well i didn't really do anything.  geared towards kids and i had already seen the games too so anyway.  Sunday nothing other than the hockey game...  felt horrible so yeah..  Monday hung out at home...played with Dakota (see previous post)  studied a little actually should be studying now but i already studied a ton so eh it won't be that bad. anywho the Colbert Report is on so i'm gonna go watch that...

New Look!

Wow finally got around to changing the template thing.  had to mess around with the different colors to get everything like this but it's better than Christmas colors still.  And i couldn't figure out how to change the entry text color so I will have to do it manually.  Let's see not much happened today.  got up late and found out Kristina had a basketball game to cheer at 11:00 so i skipped breakfast.  next week it is at 2:00 so that's better.  but anyway.  went to Debbies for lunch.  then headed to Kohl's and Borders to shop kinda.  Dad went to Kohls to exchange a shower curtain for Oma & Opa and we went to Borders to use Gift cards.  I actually used a bunch of them up.  I got the last 2 books in this series I started reading, The Tillerman series.  pretty interesting.  and i got a book that teaches how to knit.  which looks interesting.  i was gonna get a kit at Kohls but idk.  maybe i still will.  then we went to Lowes for curtains.  recycling center then home.  that was pretty much it.  haven't really been doing much here.  tried peoplepc internet service for like 2 seconds.  and we weren't impressed.  it slowed down our computer and it uses Outlook for e-mail which Dad didn't like cause of viruses.  so prolly will cancel that.  already uninstalled it.  we might try NetZero next but I'm not sure.  hopefully we'll get AIM if we switch from Aol. anywho should get ready for bed.  we prolly are gonna go ice skating tomorrow.  and try to give Dakota a bath which reminds me.  i should load the picture software on this computer again...

Friday!!!!

Yay! Finally the weekend.  not much going on. starting to prepare for finals.  Got thinking about which one I'm going to exempt.  Probably Spanish cause i exempted last years English and Crafts will hopefully be easy.  And Gym of course has no final.  So that leaves Spanish.  I mean it would probably be very easy anyway but i would rather not take it.  So will have to check on that.
Today was ok i guess.  nothing much.  we had a weird schedule because of the winter sports pep rally we had.  Span-boring took a vocab quiz and reviewed all of the vocab and grammar.  watched the stupid grammar videos.  HR-didn't have it  Eng-eh not too bad.  talked about Mark Twain most of the time.  and how we are skipping most of this unit cause of recent events.  that's about it oh and we read this short story about a bad little boy named Jim.  by Mark Twain.  that was a wonderful story.  :sarcasm:  Lunch- very quiet mostly.  Becky wasn't there.  kinda reminded me of how Tara said a phone conversation between me and Brittni would be like.  ie very long pauses in between talk.  anyway Becky came towards the end.  Crafts-finally finished my basket.  McBrien said she would grade it "later" so hopefully that means this weekend.  then we talked about our sculpture things that we are doing.  oh my.  anywho.  Gym-very boring.  there was absolutely nothing to do.  the guys took up the big gym and the auxiliary gym with basketball until most of the way through the period.  and the sub kept bugging us to do something.  we wanted to just sit on the bleachers.  then we had the pep rally.  oh my that was exciting.  those pies were not a good idea.  the one ended up all over the floor and someone sweatshirt not to mention Abby's pants.  what a mess!  and then somehow ice got all over the floor.  so we had to clean it up before the cheerleaders went but then they started so we stopped.  i felt like an idiot.  then i heard that Tyler had been telling Abby to wait until after the whole thing so...
oh well i have to take the dog out. buh bye

School after Break

Well we had school today.  unlike many other school districts and many people didn't have to work either.  that's not fair.  oh well it wasn't that bad.  Span. ehh  Nagorny read a statement about Steff to the class.  other than that nothing happened much.  Hr.  voted on money for the Scott family. nothing else watched Abby do a Spanish oral and read the drivers manual.  Eng. was interesting.  6 students went to the viewing so that left 5.  Mrs. Bond also went so we had a study hall type period in the library.  then when Mrs. Bond came back she gave us our final essays back.  Yay!  I got a 96%!!!  I was so proud of myself.  oh and our poetry projects aren't due until Wed. now.  lunch was ok.  next semester will be much better though.  Crafts was ehh we worked on our baskets some more.  we are supposed to get them done around Wed. so I will have to work hard on it.  Gym was fun.. we finally played hockey.  it wasn't as fun as field hockey but it was ok.  and that was my day.  came home and played with Dakota.  that's about it I should prolly go eat and work on my homework some.  oh and i have spanish homework to do too!  Darn!
