Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Yay!  Tomorrow is the last day of this year!  Let's see Sat. morning we headed up to new york and that night we went to the church for the Christmas Eve service.  hardly anybody was there.  people who don't usually come came but the regulars didn't seem to show up so normal amount of people but not normal people.  anywho.  Sunday spent a lot of time w/ family.  people popped in and out all day.  Monday we had a party at the log cabin.  that was fun.  adults exchanged secret santa things and most of the close family was there.  oo and we also played this present trading game like 3 time.   that was fun.  Wed. we went to get a puppy!!! Yay!  He is a bichon frise (little white dog) that we named Dakota.  he is sooo cute.  he is around 8 weeks old.yeah i'll have to put a cute picture on here sometime soon.  came home today. took cats to vet i yi yi.  we tried the crate approach w/ Lovable but neither of them like the car or the vet so it didn't work well.  i think the crate just kept her in one place where we could get to her easier.  Dakota has an appointment next wed. but he seems to do well in the car.  mostly sleeps but that is better than throwing up or howling.  oh my i can't imagine 4 hours in a car with a throwing up dog.  anywho.  got cool stuff for Christmas.  i will elaborate upon question unless i forget which for some reason i tend to.  the puppy and a guitar were the 2 big ones.  oh and oma and opa gave Kristina and I wooden chests.  they're cool too.  oh well it's supper time cya

Christmas Break!!!

yay!  Just got home from an early dismissal from school.  now I am getting snow conditions at Ski roundtop on the website.  Today was fun...and not educational at all.  In Span. we had a party where we had food and drinks.  we pretty much just sat around and talked and listened to spanish music stuff.  In English we had more food and drinks and we watched the rest of Jim Carrey's How the Grinch Stole Christmas.  That was fun.  haha we were gonna be mean and not let Mr. McCollum's (sp?) or Miss Brown's classes in the room.  but then Mr. McCollum's never came so eh.  Oh i skipped hr.  we amended Heather's motion and added $100 more dollars to the money for the Kingsboroughs.  apparently their father died and now their church won't let them stay in their house for more than 6 more months.  that really stinks.  anyway.  Lunch was boring.  I decided that I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat anything.  and Briitni was on the brass ensemble tour thing so she wasn't there and Becky ditched me.  so I had noone to talk to.  Crafts was ok.  worked on our baskets some more today.  no party though.  I will have to show everyone my pretty basket.  And Gym.  not much.  Mrs. McGhee was back today.  haha Abby hugged her.  we played soccer in the auxiliary gym.  poor paige tripped and cut her knees.  and Abby kept "hugging" me in the middle of the game so i couldn't move.  haha then when we were carrying mats to the weight room somehow she got out of carrying anything.  errr...  anyway i said that i would type up this story so here goes...

Christmas Party!!!

Yay!  Just got home from Abby's Christmas party!  That was fun.  Let's see.  everyone of the pollyanna people were there except Jillian.  and TJ was there last night.    We stayed up til around 1:30-ish.  I think i was half-sleeping most of the night after 11:00 but idk.  i know i was sleeping from 2 til 6:30 when Abby's mom's alarm went off and it was very loud.  didn't do much.  exchanged presents.  i got a stuffed teddy bear that is very soft and some Ghirardelli chocolate squares.  yum!  well not much now.  not sure what we are going to do today.  oh well cya

Snowball Dance...Yawn

Yeah..that was the worst dance that i've been to.  well idk.  prolly only cuz noone was there and I didn't feel like partaking in the dance.  let's see - showed up around 6:30 to find a few senators and the Bonds and Mr. Sipe.  didn't have anything to do so kinda wandered/ listened to conversations.  til about 7:30-ish when Abby finally shows up.  sheesh Abby.  then we kinda sat around and talked a little til 8:00 is when we went for our concession stand shift.  kinda slow 20 minutes.  anyway.  then Abby left and I listened to more conversations.  Ashley introduced herself to me like i didn't who she was.   so kinda talked to her.  then Dad came i came home.  fun.  saw Tara, Courtney, and other people i knew.  more senators showed up than i thought would.  also more people showed up too.  heard we sold around 150 tickets so that's like $450 + concessions.  course we also spent like $500-something on the DJ, which seems to be a lot.  It was the same one as homecoming so idk prolly could have gotten one for a little cheaper.  but i think our goal was to break even so we came pretty close i think. 

 

Ok more about non-boring stuff.  Today- Krissy cheered for her first basketball game.  i think NEYSA won but of course they don't keep score.  Dad got the snowmobile running but i didn't get outside in time to ride so maybe this week sometime.  I was inside working on Christmas card stuff.  mainly labels but we need to work on the actual message on the paper.  Tomorrow is what dad said but we are going to be busy.  going to get our Christmas tree in the morning. and Krissy has a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese to go to at noon.  don't know what we'll do then but i'm sure we'll be very busy.  oh well i'm tired and it's late.  and i have to feed Sidney, fish and tons of other stuff. 'Night

First Snow Day

Yay!  It's our first snow day of this year.  It snowed around 8 inches probably and now we have no school.  Three-day-weekend!!! we will have to decorate some..after going outside of course.  tomorrow is the dreaded Snowball dance i think Abby and I are convinced that it is going to be very boring.  oh and noone is going to be there.  yeah and we are supposed to be there by 6:30.  and stay after 10 to clean up..  err.  definitely not a good idea anymore. oh well i'm sure it won't be that bad.  hopefully.  this weekend is going to be ok other than that.  have to get a tree.  in the snow that will be fun!  probably cold though.  finish decorating inside maybe more Christmas shopping.   went shopping last night.  got a birthday present for Kristi's one friend.. and other stuff for christmas.  oh well think i'm gonna go outside buh bye

It's December!!!

Wow! It definitely doesn't feel like Christmas or December. Lets see. nothing much has been happening. worked at the Craft Show thing at Conewago last night. now I don't want to wrap anymore presents. yea I ended up wrapping kids' gifts for 3 hours. It was crazy. oh and I finally e-mailed that kennel place about Lola (the puppy that I want). Stupid people. They definitely read the e-mail on Wednesday and didn't send me any sort of reply. errr...hopefully I hear from them soon. Nothing is going on this weekend. We probably will clean up/decorate for Christmas. Won't that be fun. I have to work on my rough draft for English. It seems like it is going to be very hard to write. 3-5 pages-a yi yi. next weekend on the other hand is looking to be very busy... maybe. idk. oo and we need to drop off our travel bug too. i'll have to remind ppl...

Err... i just checked petfinder for lola and she isn't listed anymore. :( Darn!! hopefully I can find another cute puppy...
