Fun Friday!

Yay! Yesterday was fun! I volunteered from 8-1 in the Toyota Arena. That was ok I got to stamp people's hands after they payed Kristine a bunch of money ($7) to see volleyball games. Then I realized (around 11:00) that I knew Kristine from hockey camp last year. She was the coach's daughter that was in the wheelchair. so proud of myself. for remembering. Anyway so she plays field hockey for York College. yay! Then after Dad and Kristi left for Bible School Mom and I went to the Opening Ceremonies. Yay! That was fun. first we went in the sportfest thing and got free sodas. And we spun a wheel at the Hershey table. She got a waterbottle and i got yucky candy. Then we went and listened to some people talk including some guy from WGAL 8 and some former Steelers (boo!) player. then some skydivers came down and they paraded the athletes upinto the stands. then the old guard drill team did some weird simultaneous things with guns w/ baynets on the ends. Looked dangerous. they were like throwing them up and yep.. then we left. actually we just went and got some french fries and went to the car. Then we watched the fireworks. They were cool. Then we went home. Ooo monday hockey camp starts. yay!

Off to NY

Welp we are currently getting ready to leave. Going to visit family in NY. for the weekend. We didn't really do anything yesterday and today. Got the van back today. Went swimming earlier. Oh and confirmed that I am volunteering for the Keystone State games. Yay! I get to work Door/ Admission for Volleyball 8-1 on Friday. fun fun fun. and i get free food and drinks, free shirt, free admission to any event. Yay! I was thinking about going to the opening ceremonies Friday night. oo and i fixed my flip-flop. I had to glue it with super glue. Yay!

hot hot hot!

Let's see. It has been really hot lately. in the 90s. Yesterday we went to the mall. Kristi and mom sat at the summer fun club program. I wandered around. I got 5 charms for my bracelet. Yay! Today nothing. They're in the pool right now and i'm in a cool airconditioned house. Yay!

Today hmm...

nothin much happenin. We went swimming at my grandma's. I had an orthodontist app. and we went grocery shopping. Oo. Last night I decided to try this Webshots thing (thanks Abby-gail) and it works well. better than i thought it would. I do the quicker upload though. Fun Weekend!

Yay! What a fun weekend! Friday night we went to a Senators baseball game. It rained some but we still had fun. We even walked across the bridge. Today we went running/biking. That was tough. I didn't realize that I was out of shape that much. We just went across Bull rd. and up hilton a little bit. Then we came back. I walked half of it at least. Dad and Kristi rode their bikes. We just got out of the pool and we'll probably do something later. Not sure what though. Ooo. I might volunteer at some Keystone Games Event thing. I went to the website (that is over there--> on the sidebar) and found it. looks fun. I wanted to volunteer at an animal shelter but you have to be 18. Anywho.

Nothin happenin

nothing much happening. Mom and Dad are replacing the soffit vent. And kris and i have been sitting around all day. tons of fun.

We're home!

Hey! We are home! what a fun vacation. We drove down Friday and Saturday to Sanibel and stayed there for a week. They had a cool 4th of July celebration. A parade and then a community get-together with free stuff.. Then we watched fireworks the evening on the beach. Unfortunately people beside and all around us were setting off their own fireworks. One of them (the last the people beside us set off) fell over and they went in different directions. That scared me a lot. I coulda swore that it flew right by me. yeah. Somehow it got in front of our car in the parking area and went off. anywho noone got hurt. We also went kayaking and we took a boat trip aroun the different islands. We picked up a bunch of shells and sand dollars on the beachs. Then Saturday we left (before the hurricane got too bad) and headed to Disney for 2 nights. We stayed an the Polynesian. It was a cool hawaiian type place. The pool was awesome. We went to the Animal Kingdom lodge and saw some giraffes and zebras and other african animals on the "savanna" Lots of fun. We drove home monday and yesterday and got home around 10:30 last night. Yay!
